By accessing or using AppFindify (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AppFindify provides competitive intelligence and market opportunity analysis for Shopify App developers. The Service includes access to App Store data, market trends, keyword analysis, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You may not share your account with others or use another user's account.

4. Subscription and Payment

AppFindify offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with that plan. All payments are processed securely through Creem. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond authorized API access
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its data to third parties
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AppFindify and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The data provided through the Service is for your internal business use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

AppFindify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall AppFindify be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, AppFindify does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data presented. Market intelligence data should be used as one of multiple inputs in your decision-making process.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
